One of the most shocking statistics to note as we reflect on the end of 2020, is the absorption of inventory in the Denver Metro area. When you look at the active inventory of homes vs the sold inventory, there were 200% more homes that sold in the month of December 2020 than active inventory at the end of the month. This brings us to .3 months of inventory, only 10 days! If not one more home listed for sale. There would be 0 homes available in 1/3 of a month.
