Low Sodium BBQ Rub

This video shows you how to make low sodium brisket rubs. Two different recipes
from start to finish for two great BBQ rubs. No salt recipes.

Carolina Dirt: Old Rub #2


1 TBS Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup Paprika
1 tsp Smoked Paprika 1 TBS Sugar
1tsp Chili Powder 1 TBS Brown Sugar
1 tsp Granulated Garlic 4 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Onion Powder 1 TBS Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin 1 TBS Black Pepper
1,4 tsp Dry Mustard 1 1/2 tsp Oregano
1/8 tsp Allspice 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
