LOCATION: OB Pier
AREA/CITY: San Diego
DETAILS:
The high surf is pounding the pier and causing more damage.
This morning, a second concrete piling was broken off of the pier 3/4 quarters of the way out.
The pier was closed permanently due to storm damage from last year.
2 pilings are now missing from the pier.
