Honest criticism (SPOILERS):

The chapter is very underwhelming.

First problem: Terrible stealth
During the night breakout, you're supposed to sneak around and not alert any guards. Meanwhile, there are at least 10 guards in your cell block. Standing close to them can provoke them and start the alarms, and even if you distract them (by lockpicking during day, and vandalizing the bathroom) it barely makes a difference as they can literally SENSE YOU THROUGH THE BALCONIES ON THE SECOND LEVEL. The stealth is a joke, one wrong move and you're dead- period. It's almost impossible to get through on Hard mode, which is also a joke. So on Hard, you have no choice but to go quiet, which is already almost impossible.

Second Problem: Mob spam
If you get caught during the stealth section (you WILL be), you'll be faced with neverending waves of guards coming your way. Now this wouldn't be a problem if the guards had fair damage, and you could take care of them with what you're given, a wrench reskin. The guards' damage numbers have been increased (25% per swing on Hard), and so has their health, which makes them a pain in the ass to fight; something you don't want to do. So, until you get your weapons and can afford to go loud, you're screwed. This wouldn't be too big a problem if they weren't spammed, right? Too bad! They're spammed! It makes it near impossible to clear the chapter on either Hard OR Medium. This is also a problem during the final boss fight, ESPECIALLY during the second phase. You NEED an Incindiary Maverick if you even want a CHANCE.

Third problem: The final boss
The final boss has two phases. Phase one isn't all that bad: The gunner walks around and shoots, sometimes using a special move to shoot a glowing orb that lingers for a minute or two. It's unoriginal sure, but fun to fight*
*Until the second phase. When you get the boss to half health, he goes melee only. The zombies spawn twice as much. Doesn't sound like a problem yet? How about an instant kill when the boss hits you? That's right, INSTANT KILL WHEN HE CAPTURES YOU. The only way to counter is by using your melee on him at the stupid small window of time! If you somehow didn't get downed three times already, this ruins your run even on Easy. The problem is, the devs KNEW how bullshit hard this was, and included a continue system; it's handy. Problem? It doesn't continue on the second stage. So, now you have to get him to half health ALL OVER AGAIN. HOW DID THIS SLIDE TESTING??

Fourth problem: Bugs and oversights
Bugs are expected, so are oversights, but this is just stupid.

Dream Phase:
If you're downed in one area, and the next area starts, you're stuck.
Running out of revives doesn't allow you to continue when you wake up.
Zombies tend to spawn less in the 2nd area.
The Boss' laugh is on repeat through the whole of area 3.
Faces of the avatar bodies on the ground don't load in.

Day Phase:
Inmates clipping through walls and rails.
If some teammates are caught and sent to a cell, the roll call starts before the timer ends.
Text not displaying properly.

Night Phase:
Guards seeing you through walls.
Guards seeing you through the second level.
Guards seeing you behind them.
Prison cell door not opening.
Guards getting caught on small objects.
Doors not opening properly.
Guards spawning in ground during escape.
Danger Level 2 spawns enemies directly next to player.

Boss Phase 1:
Boss gets caught on littered objects and stops attacking.
Zombies spawning in one area only.
Boss pathfinding messes up when standing on a high object.
Glowing orb deals damage sometimes when standing far from it.
When dead, your secondary weapon will still show and fire.

Boss Phase 2:
Zombies spawning in one area.
Boss is not stunned when melee'd.
Boss will sometimes stand still without attacking.
Dialogue does not display properly.
When dead, your secondary weapon will still show and fire.

Minor nitpicks:
You only get a PIPE for completing this??
The story is stupid shallow, and the "inside look at Boss' motives" is nowhere to be found.
The poster and trailer look NOTHING like the final product.
Jenny makes an appearance in a DREAM WHEN ADVERTISED ON THE POSTER AS A MAIN CHARACTER??

In conclusion:
This was definitely rushed. Personally, after so long I thought Chapter 3 was going to be almost a movie- of course nobody can develop every day for that long, people have lives!- But this was very underwhelming. The story, difficulty and setting just don't add up and create a very "meh" experience. After replaying it several times, it becomes less "meh" and more frustrating as you fight through the hardest level I've ever played in a first person shooter. The story is shallow, the bugs are ever-so-common, the difficulty is nuts and the overall experience is just..
Not good.

As an avid Zombie Stories fan, this is honestly a big disappointment.
