🎣 Join me for a two-part squid fishing adventure on the iconic Brighton Jetty in Adelaide, South Australia.

In this episode, we tackle challenging, windy conditions and a packed jetty as we test the latest Inku Squid Tackle Flash Jigs and Inku Squid Tackle 702 Egi Rod. This is a great review of the best egi rod from Inku Squid Tackle. The squid were timid and took some finesse to catch, but persistence paid off!

We also meet some fantastic people on the jetty, including Dave, a Matt’s Fishing Escapes viewer, and a group of enthusiastic young anglers excited to receive Matt’s Fishing Escapes stickers!

In the second half of the video, I share footage from a session earlier this year with Chris from @10TenAdventures. Initially intended as a collaboration in which Chris, an ex-chef, would cook a squid dinner, the audio mishap meant the cooking segment didn’t make it. With this trip bringing us back to Brighton Jetty, it felt like the perfect time to showcase our squid-catching adventure from that day.
