It was a Saturday, 21st November, 2009 and four of the original six devotees sent by Prabhupada (His Divine Grace A.C.Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada) to London in 1969 to open a temple were appearing live on stage at the Troxy Hall, London. This was a very well organised 40th Anniversary Celebration of that time when amazing things happened. The Hare Krishna devotees first appeared on the streets of London, chanting up and down Oxford Street in their distinctive orange (saffron) dress. Who knew what would happen 40 years later?
