Hello my lovely foodies😋🥰🙏🏻 Welcome back to Hodophile Chef Channel.
I personally love those soft small medu wadas that idli vaalas sell on cycle. Every Mumbaikar must be aware of those annas selling idli dal vada and medu vadas on street in morning. Many of them have their breakfast in morning having idli wadas from them. Even they are not made up of full urad dal but other ingredients are added which make them so soft and tasty. I have tried amd tested making those idli wadas at home. You too try if you love those small soft medu wadas. Let me know in the comment section below how it turned out for you. 😋🙏🏻

Aise banate hai soft meduwada jo anna cycle pe bechte hai | How pompom idli waalas make soft medu wada
Ingredients:-
1 Cup Udad Dal
1/4 Cup Rice Flour
1/4 Cup Semolina / Rava
1/4 Cup All purpose flour/Maida
Salt to taste
Oil for frying.
Method :-

Tips:-
1) If you want more softer medu vaada you can add 1/2 Cup Maida instead of 1/4 Cup Maida.
2) Beat the batter well for 5-7 minutes before making medu vadas until it floats on water.
3) Rest the batter for about 10-15 minutes and again beat once an then start making meduvadaa.
4) Fry them on medium flame they will rise and proof themselves.
