ABAP in Eclipse - Change entire Code Blocks with Shortcut

How can I change entire blocks of code in Eclipse? This is very simple, you press the shortcut Shift + Alt + A then the code enlarges and you select the block you want to change. After the change you can get out again with Shift + Alt + A.
