It's Out Of My Hands - Nine and Clara (Doctor Who AU) - MVT DW R2

Summary/Notes: This was edited for the 2nd round of the Doctor Who themed Magical Vidding Tournament where this challenge was to do an AU video. I decided to create a video where Clara meets Nine instead of Eleven.

Storyline (there are spoilers for the ending): Nine encounters Oswin when he is brought to the Asylum of the Daleks, but when he tries to rescue her, he is shocked to discover that she is actually a dalek. After he tells her the truth, Oswin sacrifices herself to destroy the dalek asylum allowing the Doctor to escape. Sometime later, Nine meets Clara and quickly grows to like her, although she is tragically killed. He puts together the link between Clara and Oswin at her grave and realises that Clara might still be out there somewhere. When Nine finds Clara in present day London, he realises that she is actually the same girl he knew as Oswin but younger. He invites her to travel with him believing that she will be safer with him rather then left on her own. They share many adventures together and become the best of friends but the possibility of what her future may hold is forever weighing on the Doctor. One day, they land on a new planet completely unaware of what is about to happen. They are separated and the Doctor tries to lead her to his location via an intercom, but she is discovered by a dalek which takes her captive. Nine is overcome with sorrow and guilt when he realises it was him all along that would lead Clara to her death. Her screams of "I am human, I am not a dalek" will haunt him for the rest of his life.
