Ingredients:
For pakora:
Besan 200 gm
Palak 50 gm
Ajwain 1tsp
Kasoori methi 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pinch Soda Bicarbonate
Water as required
Oil for frying 500 ml
For kadhi:
Besan 100gm
Dahi 100gm
Jeera 1 tsp
Dry red chilli few
Methi dana 1 tsp
Dry coriander 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Chopped ginger 1 tsp
Chopped chili 1 tsp
Chopped onion 1 no
Heeng 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Amchoor powder 1 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
-Make a soft mixture with all pakora ingredients and make soft pakoras through deep frying and keep them aside
For kadhi:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin-coriander powder, dry chili, methi dana in a sequence way then add Asafoetida powder let them crackle
-Now add chopped onion and chopped ginger garlic chili paste cook them well for few minutes then add all powdered masala
-Now add dahi besan mixture gently add water as required then stir well constantly for few minutes
-Add salt and add then pakoras before serving
