Homemade Pizza - Focaccia Bread Recipe
Pizza comes out sooo delicious! Make it and enjoy the taste of it 😊
INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
Wheat flour 300 grams
Dry yeast 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 of teaspoon
Warm water 180 ml
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
For the topping:
Ham or sausages 80-120 grams
Cheese 140-150 grams (I use cheddar)
1 onion
Some olives
Pickled (marinated) cucumbers
Tomato sauce 5 tablespoons
Parmesano cheese
You can add some herbas too - dried oregano for example
Bake at 220°C (428°F) for ~20 minutes
