संभल की CJM कोर्ट ने ASP अनुज चौधरी समेत 12–20 पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज करने का आदेश दिया है, जिसमें एक युवक पर फायरिंग के आरोप शामिल हैं। याचिकाकर्ता के बेटे के घायल होने की शिकायत पर अदालत ने सख्त रुख अपनाया। लेकिन पुलिस ने FIR दर्ज नहीं की, और संभल के SP ने कहा है कि वे ऊपर अदालत (High Court) में चुनौती देंगे। पुलिस का कहना है कि पहले ही ज्यूडिशियल जांच हो चुकी है और अलग FIR की जरूरत नहीं है। पीड़ित के वकील ने कहा कि अगर आदेश का पालन नहीं हुआ तो वे हाई कोर्ट जाएंगे और न्याय पाने के लिए याचिका दायर करेंगे।
