This 10-minute guided meditation for inner peace is created to help you slow down, calm your mind, and gently reconnect with the present moment. This session includes a soft Name Therapy practice, where you repeat your own name three times to ground awareness and bring emotional calm.
The background sound in this meditation is tuned to Alpha wave frequency, commonly associated with relaxed awareness and a calm, focused mental state. Alpha waves naturally occur when the mind is at ease, such as during light meditation, reflection, or peaceful moments of rest.
