I take a day to swim and bike at the Kelso Lake Conservation Area in preparation for the Milton Sprint Triathlon. Water temperatures are looking nice already, so it should be warmer 2 weeks later!
Big hill climb off Campbellville Rd onto Sixth Line, with rolling hills all around. Then a big descent back, so make sure to use your brakes for a controlled descent. Looking forward to the first tri event of the 2023 season.
