Susan explored Christianity at an early age and went on to practice Transcendental Meditation.
Later, she adopted some Buddhist practices. Throughout life, there have been deep experiences of profound peace and expansion. There was a recognition that these experiences were not directly related to any particular spiritual practice. For this reason, Susan has trusted her own inner knowing rather than becoming dependent on a particular teaching.
