Angelina Jolie Pitt: "It is almost impossible to fathom what the last five years have meant in the lives of refugees in Jordan and elsewhere in the region. There are children here who remember no life other than this harsh desert environment and barbed wire fences."

Ahead of the UN Summit for Refugees and Migrants, our Special Envoy Angelina Jolie Pitt travelled to Jordan to meet newly-arrived Syrian refugees at Azraq Camp, and to make a powerful call to governments to put solving the crisis in Syria at their heart of their discussions in New York.
