Jaclyn says that Jayson is the unofficial Mayor of Disney. He's been to Disney 27+ times—so pretty much every year of his life. When they were trying to choose locations, they decided a destination wedding would be the perfect vacation for their family and friends. So why not plan one kickas* party at a place that's means so much to her future husband?
