The Fiero came with 2 different 5-speed transmissions. The 4-cyl Fiero used a gearbox made by Isuzu. The V6 Fiero used the Muncie-Getrag HM282. Also, GM used the HM282 in several compact FWD cars (like the Beretta and Grand Am, for example).
This video is a walk-through for transmission disassembly and reassembly. It assumes you already know how to remove the transmission from the car, and re-install it.
