The English Woman Who Woke Up With A Welsh Accent | This Morning

In January 2022, Zoe Coles was diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder after waking up with slurred speech. However, 6 weeks ago, she woke up with what she described as a German accent, which over the last 6 weeks has morphed into a Welsh one! As an English woman with no connection to Germany or Wales, Zoe joins us to explain how this has affected her life, and why it might not be all bad. Dr Sara joins alongside to explain the science behind this bizarre occurrence and how Zoe might have picked up a 'Welsh' accent.
