🚄 By Train: Take a train from Howrah to Adra or to Asansol/Kumardubi.
Distance from Adra station to Garpanchkot Prakriti Bhraman Kendra is 25km which will take 47mins by car. Distance from Asansol station to Garpanchkot Prakriti Bhraman Kendra is 35km which will take 1hr 20mins by car.
Distance from Kumardubi station to Garpanchkot Prakriti Bhraman Kendra is 17km which will take 32mins by car.

🚔 By Car: Book a private cab. The distance from Rajarhat (Kolkata) to Garpanchkot Prakriti Bhraman Kendra(our hotel) is 255Km which will take 5hr 30mins.

👉 Here goes the itinerary....

Day1
We had booked a cab (ertiga) from cab bazaar and the cab driver (Dinesh Yadav- 9903507890) arrived at 8:30AM at Rajarhat (we had booked the timing for 7:30AM).
So we started our journey from Rajarhat and reached our first halt to have breakfast at Hindustan hotel near Burdwan. After having our breakfast we started our journey and reached Garpanchkot Prakriti Bhraman Kendra by around 3PM.
After completing the check-in formalities we were provided our rooms (Deluxe rooms). We had provided the rent for our cab driver which was Rs.210/night (dormitory for drivers to stay).
Had our lunch with rice, fish, dal , jhurjhure alu bhaja and sabji (we had contacted the property in the morning for our lunch menu) .
After having our lunch we went to visit the Garpanchkot Pancharatna Temple (22km from Prakriti Bhraman Kendra and will take around 25mins). Also we started to go towards the base of the panchkot hill.
After returning back to our hotel we enjoyed some snacks (chicken pakoda, paneer pakoda) and then strolled in the resort and finally had our dinner (chicken thali, fish thali). The food is no doubt very tasty.

Day2
Next morning at 7AM we started our trip to Jaichandi pahar (22Km from Prakriti Bhraman Kendra and will take 50mins). On reaching there we had our light breakfast in the local shacks as we had to climb 589 stairs on the hill to visit the Jai Chandi Mata temple up on the hill.
The view is amazing once you reach to the top of the Jaichandi pahar.
After coming down from the hill we went to another temple adajacent to it and after visiting that temple we came back to that shack and had some food. After that we returned back to our hotel and had our lunch.
Around 4PM we again went to visit Baranti lake(20Km from Prakriti Bhraman Kendra and will take 50mins). Enjoyed the sunset at Baranti lake and then returned to our hotel and had our evening snacks and finally after some rest we had our dinner.

Day3
Next morning again at 7:30AM we went to visit the Panchet Dam(5.4Km from Prakriti Bhraman Kendra and will take 12mins). After that we returned to our resort and had our breakfast and started packing our luggage as it was our checkout today (checkout by 10AM).
We started our trip to Maithon Dam(23Km from Prakriti Bhraman Kendra and will take 1Hr) at 11AM and reached Maithon Dam by 12PM. On the way you can also visit the Kalyaneshwari Temple.
We had a speed boat ride and normal boat ride where we were shown 2 islands and in one of the island we got down.
Finally after all these boat rides we had our lunch in a nearby shack and started our return journey towards Rajarhat (Kolkata).
