Your flyback could be bad, or the voltage level might be wrong, or one or more regulators could be bad, or something else. Alignment tools are for making CRT adjustments on the white-covered side of the analog board. NEVER use a metal tool for this! NEVER use a mostly plastic tool that has tiny metal tips either! It must be ALL PLASTIC! (The tip of a wire-tie might work.)
