6 Tips to Prepare for a 1:1 Meeting With Your Boss

I'm sure you know how important 1:1 meetings with your boss are. But even though we know they're important, many people still don't prepare enough for their one on one meetings with their boss. 😂

Some think they can "wing it" and see what their boss has to say in the meeting. But this is a lazy way of approaching one to one meetings at work. And to be honest, it's a very unprofessional way of dealing with this inevitable event.

In this video, I share with you six steps that will help prepare you for a 1:1 meeting with your boss. We'll look at what you need to do when you receive the calendar invite from your boss to you can rock up to the 1:1 meeting looking proactive and prepared.
