After his Mediterranean exploration, on May 25th, Paul flew from Barcelona, Spain to London, UK where Paul had a short stay before traveling to Dover to board the Norwegian Emerald Cruise ship for a May 29th ten day cruise to 6 northern European countries.

Paul's train ride on the Heathrow Express to London's Paddington Station after arriving from Barcelona, the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace with the Royal Malay Regiment, the train ride from London's Victoria Station to Dover, Dover Castle and the famous White Cliffs. On May 29th, from Dover, Paul sailed through the English Channel, the North and Baltic Seas to the cruise's first port of call Copenhagen, Denmark.

On this, his first of three adventures around the world, Paul set records by being one of the few people in the world to have circumnavigated the World in 225 days by traveling 56,028+ Miles (almost double the Earth's Circumference at the Equator) and crossing the Equator 6 times.

Incredibly, Paul logged 42,158+ Air Miles,100+ in-Flight Hours (4 days+) on 24 Flights, 10,254+ Nautical Miles on 3+ Ships for 36 days, 2,030+ Train Miles, 693+ Bus, 547+ Car and 146+ Miles Walked. Paul passed through 32+ Time Zones and explored 6 Continents, 26 Countries, 20 World Capitals & 50 Cities. Paul stayed in 30 Hotels, 4 Apartments and 3 Ships! In addition to exploring diverse world eco-systems, Paul adventured to many of the natural/man-made Wonders of our World.

Paul is one of the few people in this World to have explored and adventured solo around our planet three times in four years! Paul is embarking on a fourth solo around the world adventure in September, 2013!
