This is a super easy and quick noodle dish to put together, Soy Milk Tan Tan Noodles! Tan Tan Noodles (AKA Dan Dan Noodles) is a noodle dish with a spicy ground meat topping. This version uses a soy milk broth that can easily be made in 15 mins. It’s a satisfying lunch or perfect for a quick dinner too.

Ingredients 2-3 servings:
200g/7 oz ground meat
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp of doubanjiang
2 tsp each of sake & soy sauce
½ cup of bean sprouts
1 cucumber
Cilantro for topping
1-2 packs of noodles
300ml of soy milk
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of msg
