Japchae (Korean Stir Fry Glass Noodles) (Serving for 2-3)

Ingredients:
150g Korean Sweet Potatoes Vermicelli
200g Spinach
1 stalk Carrot
3-5pcs Dried Mushrooms
3pcs Dried Black Fungus
1tbsp Roasted White Sesame Seed
Seasoning Sauce A:
5tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2tbsp Sesame Oil
1tbsp Brown Sugar
1tbsp Honey
Bit of Black Pepper
2tbsp water(add more if dry)
Seasoning for Stir Fry Vege:
Carrot : 1tbsp Sesame Oil
Spinach : 1tbsp Sesame Oil + 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce + 1/2 tbsp Veg. Oyster Sauce
Mushrooms & Black Fungus : 1tbsp Seasoning Sauce A

150克 韩式红薯粉丝/冬粉
200克 菠菜
1条 胡萝卜
3-5片 干香菇
3片 干黑木耳
1汤匙 已烤白芝麻
调味酱A:
5汤匙 酱油
2汤匙 芝麻油
1汤匙 糖
1汤匙 蜜糖
少许 黑胡椒
2汤匙水(若干水可多加)
炒菜的调味:
胡罗卜: 1汤匙 芝麻油
菠菜 : 1汤匙 芝麻油 + 半汤匙 酱油 + 半汤匙 素蚝油
香菇&黑木耳 : 1汤匙 调味料A
