Domino Site A

Designed by @cookfox , 260 Kent is being constructed by @twotreesny , a Brooklyn-based, family owned developer. The 42 story tower features crafted concrete window panels cast using 3-D printed molds developed in conjunction with the @oakridgelab in Knoxville, TN. Through a design assist workflow championed at schematic design by @twotreesny , a collaboration between @gateprecastco and @cookfox was born. An @autodeskrevit model was developed with intelligent families, thus creating the ability to preserve the model and subsequent families that drove the additive manufacturing specific tool path and slicer program. Finally creating the example of automation that designers and software engineers have been waiting on for years.
