Here, we are privileged to share the live experiences of our brothers and sisters, who have struggled with health issues, insomnia, helplessness in life and how they are able to preserve and find a way to regain control of their life and happiness. While this is free of charge, you need to convince yourself to mentally challenge yourself to invest 108 days - everyday (rain or shine - unless it is heavy thunder storms) to do this morning walk. Coupled with a strong belief that you want to see a change in your life for the better and your preservice, most brothers and sisters will experience some level of results based on their practice. Remember, your body needs time to adapt. Some will experience pain as part of the process of healing but you must preserve if you can. Your ultimate health is most important and you need to stop if you body needs to rest. Do not rush to see results. It will come if you are patient and has faith. Rejoice often when you see others make health improvements. Remain positive everyday life is getting better each day.
