My good buddy Curtie from 223 Cycles reached out to me and told me he's sending me a new 400EX Carburetor for my 350X. He must have been too frustrated watching me mess around with my current carb. It was being pretty temperamental, and though another stab at cleaning it probably would have done the trick, Curtie told me I'd be getting a box in the mail and not only was there a carb in there, but he sent me one of his custom made airbox to carb boots! What a guy!
So, in this video we put all those goodies on, and we adjust the decompression cable too. It seemed to do the trick in the shop... but once we took the 350X out on the trails later that morning and got it nice and hot... it was back to starting hard again, so I think we still need to check out the valves and make some adjustments.
