Try this awesome, in-home, cardio fat burning total body HIIT Workout! No equipment necessary! It's a 22-23 minute workout that can be done anytime and I promise you, it will get your blood flowing and your heart pumping!
Play your favorite workout songs while doing this
This is a full length video that you can do with me from start to finish. I offer progressions and regressions and talk you through it. If at anytime you need to take a break you can always pause it!
Here is the workout flow: (It's the same as Tabata except instead of 20 seconds of work, it's 30 seconds of work):
30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 movements
45 second break, repeat 3 more cycles for a total of 4 cycles

Butterfly crunch = butt kickers
Scap Press
Leg Raise Hold = switch turns
Plank to Push up
Elbow to opposite knee (R) = Jack variations
Crab Dips
Elbow to opposite knee (L) = speed MC
