New dashcam run through the Ozarks in April of 2022, starting northeast of Ava, Missouri. We head north on the main highway into Mansfield, then turn west on Highway 60 toward Springfield. From there we take Highway 65 north, exit onto Chestnut Expressway, and roll into the 1200 block of Pacific Street.
After that stop, we jump on Interstate 44 westbound, take Highway MM, and drive south into Republic, Missouri. The destination for dinner is Flat Creek Restaurant, a well-known Ozarks comfort-food spot famous for big portions and classics like fried chicken, catfish, and BBQ. Expect a mix of two-lane highway cruising, small-town traffic, and busier Springfield interchanges before the roads open back up on the way to Republic.
We wrap up the evening driving back toward Springfield, but the night segment is cut from the video due to low light and reduced image quality.
