Goan Chicken & Beef Stew
Ingredients required for beef marinade
450g beef (washed & cut into small pieces)

1 tsp peppercorns
8-10 cloves
1 1/2” cinnamon stick
4 green cardamom
Ingredients required to boil Elbow Macaroni
1 cup Elbow macaroni
3 cup water
1 tbsp butter
Salt
(Reserve the stock)
Other ingredients required
2 large onions (finely chopped)
2 tomato (finely chopped)
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 large potato (parboiled)
1 large carrot (parboiled)
1/2 cup peas (parboiled)
1 Maggi chicken cubes
1/4 cup cooking cream (optional)
Water if required more
Oil
Salt to taste
