New Baby Chimp Close Up With Mom!

CHESTER ZOO CHIMPS Recorded November 2025
29 year old Chrissie is believed to have given birth to the critically endangered chimpanzee on Sunday 6th July which is rumoured to be a baby girl
The zoo has yet to officially announce the birth on their social media so the details are yet to be confirmed

World's Rarest Chimpanzee Born
The baby is such a special and an important addition to the Chester zoo troop, adding security and hope to the survival of this magnificent species of Great Ape
Mother Chrissie has a gentle and maternal nature as , she has helped with the care and interaction with the other babies and young chimps in the group over the years.
