Scammers Phone Line is so bad he dan't tell my voice from a soundboard

In this video I speak to a refund scammer, but as the call goes on the phone quality gets worse and worse. It gets to the point where I can't make out what the scammer is saying so I start to just play a soundboard clip down the line to him. This annoys the scammer who says that he will call back tomorrow... He never did.
