🎤 My Speech at “Seeing China · Walk into Ethiopia” | Addis Ababa University

On May 14, 2025, I had the great honor to speak at the “Seeing China · Walk into Ethiopia” event held at Ras Mekonon Hall, Addis Ababa University. The event was co-hosted by the National Radio and Television Administration of China, the Ethiopian Government Communication Service, and the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia.

I shared my journey as a young farmer and digital storyteller from Uganda — from facing failure to building a global community through platforms like Xiaohongshu. I also spoke about the power of digital media in connecting cultures and highlighted the potential of Juncao technology in transforming sustainable farming in Africa.

I’m deeply thankful for the support from the Chinese and Ethiopian governments, the inspiring message from Professor Lin Zhanxi, and the encouragement from everyone who continues to follow my work. Big thanks to the Rednote team for making this platform possible.
