8.48pm Fabricator by TWINR (Sydney)
“Fabricator” appears to explore themes of manipulation, image control, and emotional betrayal. The narrator confronts someone who distorts reality (“the fabricator”) by twisting perspectives and framing situations to serve their own agenda. The song’s recurring imagery of lenses, framing, and wildfire suggests a toxic dynamic where truth is constantly reshaped, leaving the victim feeling exposed, misrepresented, and powerless, yet finally aware of the deception.
8.54pm Stuck by Qwento (Sydney)
Qwento (Story) a 3 piece indie rock/power Pop group from Southwest Sydney that wishes to distinguish ourselves from other bands of Filipino heritage by focusing on writing and performing their own originals instead of playing covers. We have Dennis (guitar/vocals), Paul (bass) and Miko (drums/vocals).
