This week’s virtual #OpenHouse features a Westport with Craftsman exterior. This ranch floorplan includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2,584 square feet. The Westport Craftsman featured in this video includes:
Craftsman exterior - shake siding in the front gables, stone wainscoting and foundation wrap across the front, covered concrete front porch with tapered columns on stone bases, 3-1/2" trim around the front windows and overhead garage door, a decorative window added in the front gable, woodgrained fiberglass front door with glass, sonoma garage door panel with windows, and stone on the foyer front wall flanking the front door
removed the front gable brackets, added a double gable above the garage, added full stone to the bedroom 4 front bump out, changed to full glass in the sidelites flanking the front door
attached garage shifted to the side of the home and changed to sideload access with triple windows on the front wall, added a 3rd bay, added stairs in the garage directly into the basement
added a double garage at the side of the home with a full wall and swinging door between the garage spaces with stone wainscoting and foundation wrap on the front
added a garage service door to the rear of the added garage space and finished square footage in the garage with rough plumbing for a future half bath
13 course basement with steel beams and (2) egress windows added
12' ceilings throughout the home

kitchen - extended the flush eat ledge to make the island approx 4' deep, 36" cooktop cabinet with space above for range hood, wall oven/microwave cabinet, added cabinetry above the 66" fridge space with support panels flanking, 42" wall cabinets, Brellin Purestyle white cabinets, Luna Pearl granite countertops, Blanco undermount double bowl sink in Anthracite with the included stainless steel faucet
great room- tray ceiling added, rear windows changed to 6' tall and a 6' x 6' picture window in the center
removed the included den/flex space
owner bedroom- rear windows changed to 6' tall and transom windows added above
owner bathroom- double vanity included, removed the linen closet, changed from the included tub/shower surround to a 60" tile-look shower with Kenzo black faucet, Ellis Purestyle white vanity with laminate countertop and drop in sink
owner walk in closet- removed the wall between the 2 closets to create 1 large closet; added a pocket door for direct access to the laundry room
created space off the foyer to access bedrooms 2 and 3, as well as the main bathroom
main bath now located between beds 2 and 3 - single 60" Ellis Purestyle white vanity with laminate countertop and drop in sink, included tub/shower surround with Kenzo black faucet, and added a 3' x 3' window on the side wall
added finished square footage to bedroom 4 from original garage area to create an ensuite bathroom
