07:18 - Loot 6 or more items from Adler Ranch
05:28 - Complete with at least 80% accuracy

To get a gold medal in a mission you need to complete each of the objectives. These differ from mission to mission. You need to complete all objectives in one attempt of the mission to get the gold medal. You can retry each mission as many times as you want from the story part of the progress menu.
