Today, I challenged myself to make a Japanese-style Omurice at home 🍳
It looks simple, but getting that perfectly soft and runny egg takes real timing and care.
Fried rice with chicken and onions, topped with a sweet and tangy homemade sauce,
then wrapped in a silky omelette—pure comfort in every bite.
🍽 食材 Ingredients
雞腿肉 Chicken thigh — 200g
洋蔥 Onion — 1/4 pc
🍅 醬汁 Sauce
白葡萄酒 White wine — 30cc
醬油 Soy sauce — 1/2 tsp
伍斯特醬汁 Worcestershire sauce — 1 tsp
蕃茄醬 Ketchup — 75cc
砂糖 Sugar — a little
🥚 蛋液 Egg Mixture
雞蛋 Egg — 3 pcs
牛奶 Milk — 2 tbsp
