The main purpose of university education is to impart knowledge to the learners and help them undergo character development, because it is one of the great and significant investment for human self-improvement. Sardorbek Yusupov, a doctor of science with a PhD in law, highlights the subject of higher education and its system in other developed countries. He shares his experience of studying at Kansas School of law and also visiting Harvard university in the USA. The talk goes beyond by exploration about solidity of the alliance between the university and students and how it was achieved.

Oliy ta’lim, jumladan, universitet ta’limining asosiy maqsadlaridan biri – bu talabalarga kerakli bilim berish hamda ularning tabiatini shakllantirishdir, zero bu inson yuksalishi uchun kiritiladigan eng katta va ahamiyatli investitsiyalardan biridir. Huquq fanlari professori Sardorbek Yusupov o’z chiqishida boshqa rivojlangan davlatlardagi oliy ta’lim va uning tizimi haqidagi mavzuni yoritadi. U AQSHning Kanzas huquq maktabidagi ta’limi va Garvard universitetiga tashrifi haqidagi tajriba bilan bo’lishadi. Uning chiqishi universitet va talabalar o'rtasidagi ittifoqning mustahkamligi hamda bunga qanday erishilganligi to'g'risidagi izlanishlari bilan bog'liq. Sardorbek Yusupov (Doctor of Science, PhD in Law) is the Head of the Administrative and Financial Law Department at Tashkent State University of Law. He is an excellent lecturer and leader with a track record of success in lecturing and student mentoring. In 2020-2020, he was Head of the Department of Coordination of Scientific Research and Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel, as well as Associate Professor at the Department of State Law and Management. Author of research works such as 'International Legal Bases of Parliamentary Control Over the State Budget: On the Example of Inter-Parliamentary Institutions' (2021) and others.

He is currently demonstrating administrative law and tax law to students and supervising research clubs. Developed continuing programs through effective team communication and collaboration.
