What are Frames of NLP? - How do I use them

Frames in NLP are like a lens.
Using frames allows you to view a situation or "picture" differently. There are various frames and each of them will give you a new perspective to view a situation, belief, outcome and so on with much more scope.

Outcome Frame
As If Frame
Relevancy Frame
Backtrack Frame
Open Frame
Ecology Frame
Contrast Frame
