SUMMARY :- Izuku Midoriya has a quirk. Yes it is called One For All, but there is another, one forced so deep down inside him that he didn't know it existed. With time away from home ending in a nice dinner made by his mom, something goes wrong and this time Inko took it too far.
Hisashi Kuraii is an underground hero in America, he has a dragon quirk.
Turns out Izuku does as well.
A quirk suppressant overdose causes something to awaken within Izuku, it also causes a previously out-of-the-loop father to meet his son for the first time in fifteen years.
