Making dough for breadsticks!
Receipe
2 cups bread flour
1 cup of milk
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Kneed the dough at low speed for a few minutes then change to medium speed and kneed the dough about 6 minutes. Roll the dough into a ball then cover with plastic wrap or towel and let it rest it at least 3 hours to overnight for the best results!
