35 Minute Kettlebell Workout | Strength, Core & Controlled Combos | No Repeat Follow Along

This 35-minute full-body kettlebell workout is designed to build strength, enhance core control, and challenge you with no-repeat combinations.
We’ll start with 2 bundles of unilateral movements (6 exercises per bundle), followed by 6 bundles of 4 controlled, full-body kettlebell exercises. Each movement is performed for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest, with 30 seconds rest after each bundle to reset and refocus.
This workout focuses on time under tension, clean form, and dynamic control — ideal for developing full-body strength, stability, and core engagement.
Workout Structure:
-8 Total Bundles
-Bundle 1–2: Unilateral Movements (6 exercises each)
-Bundle 3–8: Controlled Kettlebell Combos (4 exercises each)
-40 sec work / 20 sec rest
-30 sec rest between bundles
The kettlebells I’m using in this workout:
• 1x 12KG (Blue Color on the screen)
• 1x 16KG (Yellow Color on the screen)
• 1x 20KG (Red Color on the screen)
