Easy DIY Guide For Installing Mercury Smart Craft Connect

In this video I'll show the the full process of Mercury Smart Craft Connect installation on my Tracker boat. I'll demonstrate how to connect the Mercury system, making it easier to manage while boating. This will allow you to monitor vital engine data on Mercury Smart Connect and more. This video will focus on the installation of the unit. I'm not a marine mechanic but I did do this install by myself. If you don't think you can do it contact your local dealer to have it installed. I wouldn't run a motor without it.
We go over the installation and why you need this accessory. My motor is Mercury 50hp four stroke. My boat is a Tracker Pro 170.

I can track maintenance and know what may need to be done to the motor. It also hooks me up with my dealer so any issues can be sent directly to them.
