In hilly rural area, at night, the procession of numerous lithts was occasionally obseved and it resembled the bridal parade by which not only　bride herself but also her dress, matt, kitchen utensils and other belongins are carried lighted by lantern lights. However in ordinary bridal case, people has an advanced knowledge whose daughter is going to marry with whom　and route of bridal parade. In the case of Fox's bridal parade,nobody
knows　about it and people believed that it must be the work of the fox because the　fox frequently deceives human being according to their belief. Nowadays, it is understood that the phenomenum is occurred due to the statical　electricity caused by the friction of fur of some beasts such as fox, wild dog, bear or wild boar. (英訳　ルイザ ルビンファイン)
