In this video we have a day out in Cap-Saint-Jacques Nature Park. Cap-Saint-Jacques Nature Park is a large nature park in the Pierrefonds-Roxboro borough of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is located in the West Island at the junction of the Lake of Two Mountains and the Rivière des Prairies. Situated on a peninsula, three quarters of the park is bordered by water.

Cold water exposure was popularized partly by the Dutch athlete Wim Hof (who commercialized the "Wim Hof Method") and is based off ancient Tantric Buddhist and Hindu teachings that talk about activating parts of the chakras and subtle-body system with the goal of forcing the oxygen deeper into a channel of the lungs, which creates the sensation of inner heat and gives one the capacity to change their body temperature at will. It is for this reason that this technique has been called "Inner Fire"--the traditional Tibetan name is Tummo or Gtu Mo.
