Worried about hair fall during cancer treatment? Here's what you should know:
𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏.
If it's going to happen, it usually begins around the 2nd or 3rd week after starting treatment. Visible hair loss is more noticeable between the 4th to 6th week.
𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐩 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬?
It’s common and can be a sign that hair loss is beginning. But here’s the good news this is also a sign your hair follicles are active and will likely grow back once treatment ends.
