Enjoy some of the most amazing nature moments I witnessed past year.
When I needed to move to a new house, I decided to switch from the usual urban environment to something more rural. I filmed in nature next to Veluwe national park for one year and made the most I could out of it, waking up early and staying overnight in wild places all over the country to share what is left of the sheer beauty of Dutch nature. By deep listening and staying present in any new path or route life guided me to, I stumbled upon beautiful places and creatures people drive hours to get a glimpse of. I am grateful to share some of these amazing moments I experienced. I hope they will inspire to reconnect with (your) nature as much as I did.

Geniet van de prachtigste natuur van Nederland die ik heb mogen aanschouwen.
Toen ik moest verhuizen heb ik de stad verruild voor de Veluwe, en heb ik deze kans zo goed als mogelijk aangegrepen en zoveel als mogelijk gefilmd in de natuur.
Door goed op te letten, te luisteren, te observeren en op intuitie voor zonsopkomst en bij zonsondergang de natuur in te trekken heb ik steenuilenfamilies en ransuilenfamilies kunnen volgen, de verwekking van een nest bonte spechten en het nest zelf, zeehonden op het wad, vuurvliegjes en veel andere medelanders kunnen vinden :) Hopelijk kunnen we onze levensstijl zo aanpassen dat het onze medelanders blijven, want de industriële landbouw, veeteelt en nieuwbouw vernietigen hun habitat, we zijn sinds de industriële revolutie ruim 85% van onze biodiversiteit kwijt...
