This is 'Globesweeper' a puzzle game on Steam and ios app store for a couple bucks. I'll be sharing the rules along with my opinion/review.
It's essentially just Minesweeper in 3D. So if you like playing minesweeper and other logic puzzles, you'll really enjoy this one.
