​Sparky is chosen to participate in a new “Fear Factor” style game show – but something is not right. Maximus is behind the game show – and he is rigging it so that Sparky wins! Betty returns to Earth to try and stop her parents from selling her old posters and sci-fi books at their yard sale.

​Betty’s fearful trip to the dentist is interrupted when she is called off to save the galaxy from the evil baby, Infantor, who is turning planets into his own personal toy blocks.

Betty Barrett is a typical 12-year-old girl who enjoys school, daydreaming about living in outer space, science-fiction films, singing in her band and living in Moose Jaw Heights. Unknown to most of her friends and family, however, she is also a member of the Galactic Guardians, an elite team dedicated to interstellar crime fighting and law enforcement. As Atomic Betty, assisted by her two allies; the extraterrestrial pilot Sparky and a robot named X-5, she confronts the evil overlord Maximus I.Q. and his lackey Minimus, as well as other intergalactic supervillains, criminals, terrorists and gangsters. Despite being rather unassuming on Earth, Atomic Betty is a superstar throughout the galaxy and even has her own group of people who consider her their role model.
